User provisioning in the Access Manager makes it possible to combine this creation or deactivation with the assignment of profile or personal rights in a single step. This allows administrators to define profile memberships and assign personal rights on the same page after creating a new AD account. Security groups, home directories and the management of Internet access via firewalls/proxy servers are also possible. If employees leave the company or change departments so that existing authorizations and roles are no longer required, all owner and responsible roles, profile memberships and personal rights of users can be removed with just one click and by specifying successors.
